RETURN POLICY

At Nude Threads, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality pieces designed to empower and elevate. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following:

  • Bodysuits

  • Dresses or skirts with built-in bodysuits or slips

  • Any garment that functions as or includes undergarments

Please carefully review product descriptions before purchasing to ensure the right fit.

International Orders

Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or delayed return shipments.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

Worn or Damaged Returns

Returns that show visible signs of wear, makeup, deodorant marks, stretching, odors, or missing tags will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item or size, please return your item within the return window and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval status.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

***Please note: We only allow 3 returns per customer each year. At the beginning of the year, each customer profile is cleared and you may initiate another return within the 14-day return window from your purchase.
